We made this special cover to fit on top of an induction hob for a client who is blind. It has round cut-outs to locate the pans correctly over the heating elements. Finding the right material was essential. The cover had to be heat resistant and non-metallic. The answer was to use 6mm toughened glass, which we had cut out by a specialist supplier. This guides the pans perfectly and keeps them in the right places.
